The filming location was Santa Monica, on the 7th Heaven boulevard set.
David's siblings, Michelle and Kyle, had roles in the film.
Sean Michael Beyer, who co-wrote the film, is the director of the upcoming movie, Coldwater, in which David was the first to be cast as the lead Brad Lunders before stepping out of the role.
Ten Bucks was a last minute addition to the Split ID Film Festival in Hollywood where it made its debut.
This marks the first time David was a director, writer and a producer on a film.
