20 November David attended the exclusive Nintendo DS Pre-Launch Party on November 16. He played some of their new games and was present among celebrities like Rachel Hunter, Cuba Gooding Jr. and JC Chasez. 16 November The 2005 David Gallagher Birthday Project has begun. On November 14, David attended The 2004 Teen People's Artists of the Year Party. You can see images up now in the gallery. E's Jackie Collins had a segment with David titled "Young, Hot and Privileged." You can read the transcript on the site. Tune into the repeat this Thursday at 6pm Eastern time. 15 November The Teen People interview where David was featured as "Star Crush" is now available on the site. A high quality scan of the poster is also in the gallery. The WB has finally done another interview with Dave. You can read it on the site. Seasons 1-5 of "7th Heaven" on DVD are scheduled to be released periodically over 2005. Season 2 has a tentative release date of February 8. "7th Heaven" will begin airing new episodes again on November 15 with "Thanksgiving". David will be appearing in at least 2 of the 3 episodes set to air before 2005. 4 November On November 2, David spoke at the Wildcat Den to rally support for John Kerry. Fellow attendees included The O.C star Benjamin McKenzie and the N.H. Gov. Jeanne Shaheen. The article can be read here. The same interview, with only the parts featuring David, is now on the site. The Teen People magazine David mentioned he would be in is now out on shelves. He's featured on page 64 as "Star Crush" and there's a full page poster with vital stats. 28 October Fox 23 Entertainment interviewed David at the RMA's in Las Vegas on October 25. You can see the video on this site under media. On October 22nd, David attended the "LA Models Party at Bliss". Images are now in the gallery. Ted Cassablanca wrote an article for E!Online on October 21, which mentions David. You can read it under media. David is featured in several teen magazines this month. In M there's a poster and there are small pictures in BOP and Tiger Beat. A new episode of "7th heaven" featuring Simon will air sometime during November. David will then appear in the next two episodes "Thanksgiving" and "Gratitude". 20 October David's filming for "Dot" wrapped up on the 18th. One extra from the set said that David was one of the nicest guys she has ever met, with a smile that could light up the room. He also generously signed autographs and took photos for his fans. The American presidential election is around the corner. The WB site has uploaded a talking e-card of David, where he says, "Wanna change the world? Vote." If you're an American citizen, you can sign up to vote on November 2. 12 October David's first batch of appearances on "7th Heaven" has finished for the time being. He acted in the first four episodes of the 9th season, and will resume more episodes with "Why Not Me?" on November 1. To keep up to date with the show, visit TV To Me. His original contract of 11 episodes has increased to 12, with the possibility of more episodes if his schedule permits it. In recent months, celebrities have been participating in "Rock the Vote" campaigns to encourage others to register to vote. The WB is now participating, and has some of their actors in promotions. You can read more and see a clip featuring David under media. 1 October In the site's exclusive interview with David, he revealed a lot about his upcoming projects. He is set to appear in the film, "Dot" as Brian. The film is currently in pre-production and will commence filming in the coming week. You can find out more about the film on IMDB. More updates will be posted as soon as they are available. Over the summer, David filmed a part in the independent comedy film, "Sunday Morning". He plays a drug addict alongside Joel Michaely. However, it's not known whether this film will be released at theatres, or will be distributed on DVD/VHS. David's set to reprise his role as Riku in "Kingdom Hearts 2". He said in the interview that his role is in the works. Keep an eye out for Teen People's December/January issue where David will be featured as "Celebrity Crush". 26 September The new 9th season "7th Heaven" promotional photos have been released. You can see the ones of David now in the gallery. On September 23, David attended the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party with friend Shannon Woodward. Check Wireimage for pictures. David was featured on September 24's KTLA news to promote his upcoming episodes of "7th Heaven". You can see some of the interview online. 23 September On September 18, David went to the Silver Spoon Hollywood Buffet. Pictures are now in the gallery. One of David's cars, his 2003 Hummer, is being auctioned at ebay with a starting price of $65,000. 16 September David attended the world premiere of Angelina Jolie's new flick, "Sky Captain and The World of Tomorrow" at Grauman's Chinese Theatre, September 14. He recently had his hair buzz cut - what do you think? You can check the gallery for HQ images. The season premiere of the 9th season of "7th Heaven" scored a healthy 6.9/11 rating share overall. David will continue to appear for at least another 11 shows. Photos from upcoming episodes are now up in the gallery. 22 August David is featured on the front page of the TV Times section in The Los Angeles Times (Orange County Edition) from August 22-28. The interview is now up under media. "7th Heaven" is scheduled to begin airing it's 9th season Monday, September 13. David is reported to be contracted for at least 11 episodes. In the season opener "Dropping Trou", Simon loses his virginity to new girlfriend Georgia, causing an uproar amongst the Camdens. David seems excited about this new spin on his character, stating in a recent interview, "It is up to me to be the bad boy. I love it. It's the most interesting work. I talked to the writers. They have a lot of funny character stuff that they want to do with that, how the family reacts, how everyone freaks out and makes a big deal of it." In other news, David will begin his second year of college at the University of Southern California soon, with classes commencing August 23. 7 August The complete first season of "7th Heaven" is set to be released next month, September 14, in Region Code 1. Just a reminder to tune into the 2004 Teen Choice Awards, August 11 at 8PM EST, as David is nominated for "Choice TV Male Actor". 2 August David's attended many events in recent weeks. On July 20 he was at the "Garden State" Los Angeles premiere, on the 29th at the PUMA bodywear launch party, the 30th at Allison Melnick's farewell party with Shane West and on the 31st at "G-Phoria, the Awards Show 4 Gamers" with his sister, Michelle. G-Phoria will air this Friday on G4Tech TV. You can see images from each of these events at Wireimage. 16 July On July 7, David attended the world premiere of Will Smith's new film, "I, Robot" at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood. On the 14 of July he appeared at the WB Network's 2004 All Star Summer Party at The Lounge at Astra West in the Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood. Several other cast members attended to help represent "7th Heaven". Filming has most likely began, or will begin shortly, for the 9th and possibly the final season of "7th Heaven". Simon's role in the season opener is described as follows, "Teenager Simon comes home from college ready to reclaim his place in the family and the heart of former flame Cecilia." The episode has a tentative airing date of September 20. Don't forget to watch the 2004 Teen Choice Awards on August 11 at 8PM EST, as David is nominated for "Choice TV Male Actor". Help him win by voting. 22 June On Sunday June 20, David attended the Much Music Video Awards where he introduced Hilary Duff's performance. Additional airings of the show on the Much Music Channel are: Thursday, June 24 @ 8pm and midnight ET Friday, June 25 @ 6:30am and 11am ET Saturday, June 26 @ 9pm and midnight ET Sunday, June 27 @ 1pm ET As David has traveled all the way to Canada, it's possible he's auditioning for roles or filming a part in a movie. 16 June David is scheduled to be a presenter this Sunday at the Much Music Video Awards. Other presenters include Kaley Cuoco, Sum 41, Vivica A. Fox, Samaire Armstrong and Tom Green. The show will be broadcast live at 9pm ET. 11 June On June 9 David attended "The Terminal" film premiere with actress and friend Shannon Woodward. The following day he appeared at the "Ralph Lauren Rock the Vote", which was hosted by Shane West and Hollywood Agent Eric Podwall. You can see images from both events at Wireimage. 8 June In the 2004 Teen Choice Awards, David is nominated for "Choice TV Male Actor", the award which he won last year. Help him to win again by voting. The show will air on August 11 at 8PM EST. Spread the word! Although David decided not to attend the "The Stepford Wives" premiere - on the 5th and 6th of June he has made appearances at the "Silver Spoon Hollywood Buffet" and the "Virgin Cola Post MTV Movie Awards Party". Images will be up soon in the gallery. 4 June David is invited to appear at the world premiere of "The Stepford Wives" on June 6 at Mann's Bruin Theatre, 948 Broxton Ave, Westwood, California. Arrivals start at 5pm. In the current issue of InTouch Weekly, there is a picture of David with Shane West at the WB Upfront party. The caption says, "Shane West (here with 7th Heaven's David Gallagher) and his posse polished off 10 bottles of Turi vodka in one sitting!". 26 May David's attended the "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" premiere on May 23, as was reported last update. He also went to, "The Day After Tomorrow" premiere the very next day on May 24. Images from both events are now up in the gallery. Yahoo!News is also reporting that some "7th Heaven" cast members will be modeling K-mart clothes - wearing the clothes on episodes of "7th Heaven" and in advertisements. It's unknown at this time whether David will be one of the actors modeling. Thanks to an inside source, I can also report that it's true that David will be in most of the next season of "7th Heaven". He'll be filming one day each week while attending his second year of college. 21 May It has been a busy few days for David Gallagher! He has traveled to New York City and has made appearances at the WB Primetime Upfront Party on the 18th of May, at the Lucky/Cargo Club on the 19th and the Jennifer Lopez, and Ruby Falls Art Gallery on the 20th. Mugglenet is also reporting that David will be attending the "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" premiere at the Radio City Music Hall, 3pm this Sunday. The WB has recently announced its 2004-2005 Primetime Schedule, and you can read that David will be returning next season as Simon Camden. Whether this means David will be doing frequent guest spots or actually becoming a regular cast member again is not known. 16 May On May 11, David was in attendance of the Vivendi Universal Games E3 Kickoff party which was held in Avalon, Hollywood. Tomorrow night on the WB, viewers will see the second episode of the two-part finale of "7th Heaven", "Little White Lies, Part Two". 9 May On May 1, David attended the 11th Annual Kids for Kids Celebrity Carnival, to benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. You can see more pictures in the site's gallery. Tomorrow night, Monday 10 May, on America's WB channel, David will make the first of his two guest appearances on "7th Heaven". He will be appearing in the season's two-part finale. Also, the University of Southern California will finish its classes on May 14. David will be on summer break until he enters his second year of college in late August. 28 March David will be appearing in the season 8 finale of "7th Heaven". The two episodes are entitled "Little White Lies, Part One" and "Little White Lies, Part Two". David filmed these episodes over his Spring Break and they are scheduled to air during the May sweep. In other news, David is currently looking for a film role in a studio or independent film for his summer break. He hopes to have a project booked soon. This news is slightly old, but David has contributed his voice to the role of Seiji, in the recently dubbed English version of the anime movie, "Whisper of the Heart". The film was written by Hayao Miyazaki, the director of the acclaimed feature, "Spirited Away". Other actors included in the cast are Brittany Snow, Courtney Thorne-Smith, Cary Elwes and Harold Gould. A DVD release date is not yet known. 22 February On February 17, David and Megan attended the New York premiere of "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen", in which Megan plays the character of Carla Santini. The film also stars Lindsay Lohan. You can see pictures from this event in the gallery. 15 February On February 7, David and Megan Fox attended the 11th Annual Rock The Vote Awards for the "Teen People/Entertainment Weekly Rock The Vote VIP Dinner", where David posed for publicity photos with Ashlee Simpson, Frankie Muniz, Solange Knowles and Raven. Pictures are now available in the gallery. 1 February David has received the birthday fanbook in time for his birthday! He said, "I am truly shocked - I couldn't believe that you guys went through all of that trouble for me on my birthday. You guys really made my day!". David wishes to forward his "greatest thanks to everyone who contributed", and to say that "you are all the best!". Thank you David! We all appreciate your kind words, and it was our pleasure to make this book for you. In other news, David's girlfriend, Megan Fox, has a new film coming out called "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen". The trailer can be seen here. The premiere for the movie will be held in New York on February 20, and David will be attending if he is able to work around the premiere being in the middle of his school week. 25 January The birthday book for David has been sent away so he can receive it in time for his birthday. Submissions are now closed. I will be putting together the book in the coming weeks and will upload pictures that I will take just before I send it away, so you will know what the finished product looks like. This is the first time I have attempted a project like this on a website, and I believe it was a successful idea. So once again, thank you to everyone who participated! |
