7 December
"Kingdom Hearts 2" is now official! Buena Vista Games and Square Enix announced that fans will see the return of Sora, Kairi and other Disney favourites in the sequel. Riku, the character that David voiced in the original, is also set to return.
So, will David be reprising his role? When I asked, he responded with this: "I would love to reprise my role and would do it in a heartbeat. I have already spoken with the people from Disney...We discussed me doing Kingdom Hearts 2." You can see screenshots from the upcoming game at GameSpot.
There is also a rumor circulating that Disney also plans to spin off its collaboration with Square into an animated television series. David said, "I have also done a voice over for a possible KH cartoon, but we are not sure if it will go yet." It's not clear what part of the world it might be intended for, but given the popularity of the game, the series may very well be intended for worldwide release.

19 October
On October 15, David and Megan went to the premiere of the new horror film, "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". He also posed for pictures with his fellow "7th Heaven" castmates Jessica Biel, Barry Watson, Beverley Mitchell, and Geoff and George Stults. 28 September
On September 21, David and girlfriend Megan attended the 55th Annual Emmy Awards After Party hosted by Entertainment Tonight and Glamour Magazine. There are several photos from this event now available to view in the gallery.
After rumors that Megan and David may have broken up, Megan states in an interview with Fifteen-Minutes.com that she was in Canada for 3 months so David had to attend events on his own. She says that he's a great boyfriend and that they remain together as a happy couple.

21 September
A new promotional picture of the main cast of the 8th season of "7th Heaven" has been released. It features David Gallagher, Stephen Collins, Catherine Hicks, Beverley Mitchell, George Stults, Scotty Leavenworth, Jeremy London, Rachel Blanchard, Mackenzie Rosman, Nikolas and Lorenzo Brino and Ashlee Simpson.
It has also now been confirmed that the five episodes David will be appearing in this season are called, "The Long Bad Summer", "An Early Fall", "Preacher's Kid", "I Wasn't Expecting That" and "The Kid is Out of the Picture".

9 September
Kart Racer is now set to be released limitedly on September 26. The movie, which was filmed in Montreal in 2001, stars David as Scott McKenna. The film follows the storyline of Watts Davies, who decides to race in the upcoming International Karting Federation Championships in an attempt to rekindle a relationship with his estranged father, a former IKF champion. David's role is only small, as a two time champion Kart Racer, competing against Davies. An official website for the movie has been created at KartRacertheMovie.com.

24 August
The USC (University of Southern California) term begins tomorrow, August 25, and David should be beginning his classes.
On September 7, The 3rd annual ER/CAN Celebrity Golf Classic will be held at the Robinson Ranch golf courses in Santa Clarita, California. David will be participating once again. You can still purchase tickets. CAN's website has uploaded a video from the event last year and David is featured talking about his brother Killian and how he heard about the tournament.
Don't forget - 7th Heaven's new season premieres September 15 on the WB network. David will be starring in the first five episodes, which will end his 7 year run on the successful series.

10 August
On August 2, David attended The Teen Choice Awards, 2003. He was nominated in the categories, "Choice TV Male Drama Actor" and "Best Drama Television Show" (for 7th Heaven), and won both. Congratulations David! You can view an interview with him and the rest of the cast in the press room at TeenHollywood.com. He says that he'll be attending USC film school and that he'll appear in five episodes of the 8th season of 7th Heaven.
David also attended a star-studded VIP party and rock concert at "The Nintendo Fusion Tour", headlined by the band Evanescence. The tour kicked off in Los Angeles at the Universal Amphitheater on August 4. Before seeing the performance, David was given the opportunity of sampling some of Nintendo's hottest new games.

3 August
On July 30, David was in attendance of the first annual "Glow Awards", which was held by the G4 network during their "G-Phoria", an annual televised event celebrating the entertainment phenomenon of video games. Along with David, hundreds of celebrities including Elijah Wood, Tony Hawk, and Hayden Panettiere participated in the night's festivities and enjoyed previews of some of the industry's upcoming game titles.
"Kingdom Hearts", the successful Playstation2 game David lent his voice to, received a total of nine nominations and won the award for "Best Story". A special will air on G4, August 8 at 8 p.m EDT/PDT.

27 July
David will now also be appearing in the 3rd episode of the 8th season of "7th Heaven". The episode is entitled PK (aka Preacher's Kid).

Production of the 8th season of "7th Heaven" began on Tuesday, July 8 in the LA area. David will be appearing in the first two episodes of the season, entitled "The Long Bad Summer, Part 1" and "An Early Fall, Part 2".

22 June
David's no longer playing the lead role of Brad Lunders in "Coldwater". Sean Michael Beyer has announced that they did try and make arrangements with David, but because of conflicting schedules, they had to proceed without him. David and his family, as disappointed as they are, have given their blessing to the decision and are wishing the cast and crew all the best. In other news, David will be participating in the 3rd annual ER/CAN Celebrity Golf Classic, which is being held on September 7, 2003 at the Robinson Ranch golf courses in Santa Clarita, California. David has been nominated for "Best Actor in a Television Drama Series" for his role in "7th Heaven" at the 2003 Teen Choice Awards. Please, spread the word to all David fans to vote for him.

9 May
On May 5, David made an appearance at the presentation of The 2003 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards, held at the Smithsonian Museum of Natural History in Washington. He congratulated two Georgia students, Amy Pierce and Jena Sims, for their outstanding volunteer work for others.

1 May
"Coldwater" is set to start production today, May 1, however filming will probably be pushed back for a few weeks. A new trailer has been added to ColdwatertheMovie.com, and it features segments from David's screentest.

22 April
The WB has created a new section for the 150th episode of "7th Heaven". Featured in this section are images from the episode, e-cards, a Camden Family photo gallery and interviews with the cast. David is also interviewed about the episode.

13 April
The first Los Angeles "Walk Now" for autism, which David participated in, was a huge success! Over $300,000 was raised. If you would like to know when the next CAN event will be held, please visit their website.

7 April
David has become a youth ambassador for Walk Now - a fundraiser for CAN. He attended the walk on Saturday, April 5, at Dodger Stadium, Los Angeles. Another famous name behind the project is Gil Bellows (Ally McBeal). You can see photos from this event at Wireimage.

27 March
On March 23, in West Hollywood, CA, David and his new girlfriend Megan Fox attended "The Oscar Night Party Sponsored By Children Uniting Nations, The Creative Coalition and Rock The Vote" to help raise funds to promote the mentoring of foster children at the House of Blues. You can see photos from the event at Wireimage.

12 March
On March 8, David attended the premiere of the new Frankie Muniz and Hilary Duff movie "Agent Cody Banks". He attended with his new girlfriend Megan Fox.

9 March
Every year, Teen People honors 20 amazing young people who are making the world a better place. This year, David was one of the teenagers chosen. A luncheon was held for him and the other teenagers who were selected in New York. Some other featured teens included Michelle Trachtenberg, Kelly Osbourne and Lil' Bow Wow.
As David was chosen as one of the 20 teenagers, he is featured in the April issue of Teen People magazine. The article is about David's work with the organization, Cure Autism Now, and there is a picture of him and Killian.

2 March
"Speed and winning are the only things that matter in the world of Kart Racing. Determined to overcome all obstacles, a troubled young boy realizes his dreams when he finally achieves victory in the Kart Racing championship."
Finally, some news about Kart Racer! It is a little late, but here's what I've uncovered. On October 23rd, 2002, First Look Media gained the international rights to Kart Racer. The world premiere was held on Friday, February 21st, and again on Monday, February 24, 2003 at Laemmle Theatres in Los Angeles.

1 March
On February 24, David made an appearance at the world premiere of "Cradle 2 the Grave". He stopped to pose for pictures with "Lizze McGuire" star, Lalaine. You can see photos from this event in the gallery. David is also featured in an interview with TV Guide Online, which you can read under media.

23 February
On February 20, "7th Heaven" celebrated it's 150th episode party in Los Angeles, California. The episode is entitled "We Do", and is centered around Beverley Mitchell's character, Lucy, getting married. You can see pictures from the party at TV To Me. The pictures featuring David are now available to see in the gallery.

26 January
"Little Secrets" is due to be released February 4, on both DVD and VHS. The DVD has a special two-disc set with extras including a commentary by the filmmakers, a making-of featurette and bloopers. You can order it now online through Amazon or if you live in Australia, through EzyDVD.
The Coldwater official website has a new layout, with some more information about the movie, including filming locations. The film will be shot in Northern California, in and around the town of Grass Valley, which is about an hour's drive from Sacramento. Find out this and more information at ColdwatertheMovie.com.

16 January
David made the cover of the March issue of the teen magazine, YM, entitled "The Ten Hottest TV Guys". Inside is an A4 poster and an interview. You can read more from the interview, which was not published in the magazine, at YM.com.
David has made appearances at two events this last week. The first was at the Sony Ericsson's Hollywood Premiere Party on January 9. The second was on January 13 at the Teen People and Universal Records Party. The party was honoring Nelly as 2002's Artist of the Year. You can see photos from both events in the gallery.

5 January
David's short film became a last minute addition to the Split ID Film Festival in Hollywood. The premiere screening was on Friday, January 3 at 8pm at the Complex Theatre, 6470 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA. There was also an additional screening on January 5. For everyone who couldn't attend, "Ten Bucks" is going to be available to view online soon.
